A teenager girl with a most frecuent cyanotic congenital heart disease (Tetralogy of Fallot) never solved because it always “was to late” to repair by visiting surgical teams from foreign developed countries. Every Christmas she wished somebody operate on her and live with dignity but it never happened (Haiti, 2004).
